Engagement Session

An ENGAGEMENT SESSION at Marist College

Hudson Valley Engagement Session

If you’re familiar with the Hudson Valley region, then YOU KNOW – Marist College is a GORGEOUS campus with lots of scenic opportunities! So if you’re going to enjoy an engagement session at Marist College, you can be sure it will be amazing! Buttttttttttt….unlike other parts of the Hudson Valley, Marist College is like its own city and can be slightly tricky! You have to work around students as they go to class, and people who are viewing the campus!

Allie and Duell decided to enjoy their engagement session at the very place where they met! They knew it would make for the perfect backdrop – and they weren’t wrong! We chose to utilize the fall break at Marist to minimize how many students would be on campus and make sure parking was easy!

On a gorgeous Sunday morning, I met up with Alli & Duell! We took our time exploring different parts of the Marist College campus and were sure to use spots that held significant value to them!

The results are pretty amazing!

Xoxo, Summer

BEHIND THE LENS

MEET Summer

Photographer, artist, mother, outdoor lover, inspired by movement & motion, good light, and you.

I 'm a wife and mother. I love lazy Saturday mornings with a cup of coffee. I prefer nights on the couch with my family but also enjoy craft beers and apps in a swanky bar. I love being outdoors and I'm eternally grateful I get to experience all four seasons! I dig personal touches & homemade items over commercial goods. Admittedly, I also love shopping on Amazon Prime.

When I'm not in the Hudson Valley, you can find me enjoying time up in the Adirondacks at my second home. I find myself drawn to nature and the world we live in and often let it act as my muse when shooting.
