If you’ve ever visited the Hudson Valley, then you know that Cold Spring is the quintessential small town! Nestled along the Hudson River, Cold Spring attracts lots of city dwellers and tourists alike who want that perfect small town charm! Jaclyn and Jon decided that it would be the perfect backdrop for their engagement session! And I couldn’t agree more! On a seasonably warm Saturday in April, I met with these two cuties to shoot their engagement session!

Jaclyn and Jon came dressed to impress! Bonding over over coffees, ice cream, and wedding talk, we had fun! And despite all that talk about Jon not being able to pose, my man killed it during the engagement session and made it look so so easy! His boyish charm, mixed with Jaclyn’s sweet disposition made them a perfect couple as we utilized everything Cold Spring has to offer!

As with all my engagement sessions, I never rush my time with each couple! They’ve put their  trust in me and nothing makes me happier than giving my couple the best I have! (For future couples: now you know! Expect for us to hang out for a long time while we shoot your engagement session! )

After an amazing afternoon with these two, it makes me look forward to their upcoming fall wedding even more! And shooting with my couples ahead of time always makes me feel a sense of gratitude that these couples have gifted me with the chance to tell their love story!
